Parents and Community Members,
It is the goal of the Smackover-Norphlet School District to be as easily accessible to parents, guardians, and students during this time. We know that many parents work on shifts and we want to make sure that we accommodate all parents with all types of work schedules.
- If you need to contact a teacher or staff member, the best way to do so is by emailing the teacher directly.
- If you would like for the teacher or staff member to call you back, please leave a call back phone number, the hours you are available, and a brief message in the email that you send to them.
- Teachers and staff members will do their best to make contact back with you in less than 24 hours.
- You may also call the office of each campus and leave a voice mail. These voice mails will be forwarded to the appropriate person to help you out.
As a courtesy to our teachers and staff:
If a teacher or staff member has given you his/her personal phone number, please do not call or text their phones between the hours of 8 pm and 8 am.
Our teachers and staff members will be most refreshed and ready to serve our students if they do not receive texts and calls in the middle of the night.
We appreciate everything that our families are doing to support students during this time.
